Stretcher fastening systems are the main specialisation of Frestems and the main focus of our product development. A wide range of solutions are offered for fastening stretchers, loading stretcher patients into vehicles and transporting injured soldiers in various vehicles. Solutions under this category include foldable stretcher places, hydraulic and shock dampins treatment bases and mine protected stretcher platforms.

Military Stretcher Equipment

Frestems manufacturers military use field stretchers according to NATO stretcher standard STANAG 2040 and civilian ambulance standard EN 1789. Frestems stretchers are world reknown for being the most durable, lighteweight and claimtic resistant tactical litters on the market.
