The ProMIL 100 NATO Stretcher Platform is a horizontally extending stretcher platform designed to secure and transport patients on NATO field stretchers once loaded into vehicles. The ProMIL 100 is the central and key component to many of the ProMIL stretcher fastening systems functioning as a secure, durable and continuosly field proven stretcher fastening and loading surface. The ProMIL 100 can be installed into vehciles on its own or as a part of a Frestems treatment base.

In adittion to NATO stretchers, combinations of various other stretchers can be fastened on to the platform through installation of various stretcher securitisation components to the platform.
