The ProMIL 120 Stretcher Station is purpose-built for mass-casualty evacuation, providing a flexible and efficient solution for the rapid evacuation and management of multiple patients. Designed for integration into trains, buses, and specially configured containers, it enables effective large-scale evacuation in demanding emergency and crisis situations.

The stretcher station is compliant with STANAG 2040 NATO field stretcher standard, however using it with ProMIL Wheels military main stretcher or the Ergomy Carbon civilian stretcher will unleash the full benefits of the system, offering flexibility across a wide range of operational requirements.

Combined with the ProMIL Wheels and Ergomy Carbon stretchers, the system supports advanced patient care and efficient patient handling. Features include adjustable upper- and lower-body positioning, integrated patient harnesses, provisions for attaching medical devices, and optional CBRN pods for patient isolation.

The use of wheeled stretchers significantly improves the speed, ergonomics, and safety of patient movement. Patients can be rapidly embarked and disembarked from trains, while emergency evacuation can be carried out fast and efficiently with reduced physical strain on medical and evacuation personnel.

Patient transfers between train carriages are equally streamlined. Wheeled stretchers allow patients to be moved efficiently through the train, even by a single operator, eliminating the need to physically carry the patient and further reducing the risk of injury to both patients and personnel.

The ProMIL 120 Stretcher Station also provides integrated storage for essential medical supplies, with dedicated lockable compartments for the secure storage of controlled substances.
